WHO WE ARE
Parents Unite and Care for All Children (PUCAC) is a pool of parents of young people with different sexual orientation who came together with the aim of providing support and education to each other on the plight of young people with LBGTI orientation. Following their personal experiences in having difficulty accepting and supporting their children of different sexual orientation the parents mobilised to create a movement to raise awareness of sexual diversity, needs of LGBTI young people and advocacy for respect of the rights of LGBTIs. This movement seeks to target parents of young people struggling with sexual identity and community members with awareness messages on needs of LGBTI, and HIV prevention, treatment and adherence to ensure better health outcomes for all.
VISION
Creating and maintaining safe, inclusive and equitable environment where rights for LGBTQI children are safeguarded and their circle of support become safe spaces.

our values
Creating and maintaining safe, inclusive and equitable environment where rights for LGBTQI children are safeguarded and their circle of support become safe spaces.

our story
PUCAC (Parents Unite and Care for All Children) was born from the heartfelt journey of a mother in Eswatini who chose understanding and love over fear and stigma. When her child came out as part of the LGBTQI+ community, she faced confusion, judgment, and isolation — yet she found the courage to seek understanding instead of rejection. Through that journey, she discovered that many other parents were silently facing the same struggles, searching for ways to support and embrace their children while navigating cultural and religious pressures.

What began as one mother’s act of compassion soon grew into a movement. PUCAC became a safe space where parents, families, and allies could come together to learn, share, and heal. It is now a voice for inclusion — bridging families and communities through dialogue, education, and love.
We believe that every child deserves to be accepted, protected, and celebrated. Our work reaches beyond individual families; we engage faith leaders, educators, and communities to challenge stigma and create environments where all children — regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation — can thrive.

From small gatherings in living rooms to national campaigns, PUCAC continues to grow as a beacon of hope and transformation. Guided by compassion and the belief that change begins at home, we are building a future where parents stand proudly beside their LGBTQI+ children — and where love, not judgment, defines family.
